Did you know their is a Dining for Women Chapter in Quincy?

Their motto is "Changing the world one woman, one girl, one dinner at a time". And by the way, this chapter has raised nearly $10,000 to help empower women and girls living in extreme poverty. This local chapter feeds into a larger network of DFW chapters to inspire, educate and engage people to invest in programs that make a meaningful difference worldwide with more than 8,000 members. Between 2003-2014 the organization has raised over $3.25 million on behalf of women and girls in need.

The Quincy, Illinois chapter was established by Mary Oakley and Carolyn Stevenson in May of 2013 after learning about the program from Anne Capestrain of Springfield, Illinois. To find out more, and for recipes, visit Dining for Women online.
