Debt Free!

Debt Free. Isn't that a wonderful thing to read. The town of Pleasant, Hill Illinois is just that.

Would'nt it be nice to owe nothing. I dream about it. Not a lot of people can say that these days. but what about towns? You hear stories about towns that are far in debt, but Pleasant Hill is different. A change in Illinois law made it possible for the town to be debt free. A whole town.
