The 59th Annual Chicago Air and Water Show will return to the Windy City this Saturday & Sunday along the Chicago Lakefront. The Chicago Air and Water Show is one of the largest free admission events of its kind, the show headliners include the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, the U.S. Army Parachute Team Golden Knights and the U.S. Navy Leap Frogs.

The Blue Angels have been astounding audiences since 1946 with their gravity defying flying, commanding presence and supersonic maneuvers in their F/A-18 Hornets. Meanwhile, The Army Golden Knights and the Navy Leap Frogs will jump out of an aircraft from 12,500 feet into Lake Michigan or on North Avenue Beach in Chicago.

Multiple other flying teams will also be performing both days including the F-35 Heritage Flight, the F-16, A-10, the F-22, the  AV-8B Harrier, a Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin Helicopter and the A-4 Skyhawk Jet Tac Demonstration team.

The popular lakefront event features a wide variety of other military and civilian aerial demonstration teams with dare-devil pilots performing their stunts in the skies above Chicago.
