Check Your Neighborhood for Lost and Scared Dogs

Be prepared to see some unfamiliar dogs roaming your neighborhood this morning. From past experience we will be getting several calls this morning regarding people having lost their dog overnight. This, of course, is a direct result of people firing off fireworks which in turn scared the living daylights out of dogs which leads to their running away.

It happens every year and hopefully they will be found and returned to their owners. It will be a busy day for the animal control people today for sure.
