A sold out crowd was on hand Saturday night as the Miss Quincy Scholarship Pageant was held at the Oakley Lindsay Center. At the end of the evening the two big winners were Christina Hanna, who was crowned Miss Quincy 2013 by Miss Illinois Megan Ervin, and Kelsey Peters who was crowned Miss Gem City. Both young ladies will be competing for the Miss Illinois competition in Marion, Illinois in June.
