April 18, 2013 Today marks the one year anniversary of the birthday of Kelton Christopher James Peter, the son of Stephanie and Chris Peter of Quincy. For eight days after his birth Kelton battled to survive from a rare genetic birth defect called Trisomy 13. Kelton lost his battle to live on the eighth day.
