After a week of more spring-like temperatures, severe thunderstorms and tornadoes in northeast Missouri and western Illinois, we return to winter this week.

National Weather Service forecasters say that highs won't get to 30 through Sunday. For the most part, lows are predicted to get down to the low to mid teens. The exception is Tuesday night, when lows in the low single digits and wind chills around minus 10 are predicted.

For now, forecasters say there is a chance for flurries Tuesday, with better chances of snow Friday and Sunday.
