It seems like I just sat down to enjoy the first performance of Blues in the District and here it is the last concert of the season tonight already.  Where does the time go. They say time flies when you are having fun so I guess I shouldn't be surprised the final concert is upon us.  Tonight's act comes from Michigan as David Gerald will take to the stage at 5:30. Gerald grew up listening to the sound of blues in his hometown of Detroit, Michigan.

It is the final Blues in the District so bring your lawn chairs, a jacket, your favorite beverage and snacks and enjoy a wonderful nights of free blues music complements of the The District and their sponsors.

See you at Washington Park, but remember, the area around “My Rock” is reserved.
