In a Ballpark Village press conference on Thursday, representatives from the St. Louis Cardinals, Live Nation, and the city of St. Louis announced that the legendary Billy Joel will play a concert at Busch Stadium in 2017.

The Piano Man is set to take the Busch Stadium on September 21 during a run of baseball and football stadium concerts across the country. Other stadium stops on the 2017 tour include Boston’s Fenway Park, Chicago’s Wrigley Field, Cleveland’s Progressive Field, Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium, Green Bay’s Lambeau Field, and more. For a full list of tour dates, visit billyjoel.com.

Tickets range from $49.50-$139.50 and go on sale at 10:00 am on February 10 at cardinals.com/billyjoel. Presale begins at 10:00 am on February 8.

Billy Joel is the fifth artist to play a concert in the stadium’s 12-year history. Dave Matthews Band, Eagles, U2, and Paul McCartney have previously headlined shows there.

Billy Joel most recently played in St. Louis in 2014 at the Scottrade Center to celebrate the venue’s 20th anniversary.
