Stamper Arrested for Stealing Vehicle
A warrant was issued Sunday, November 17, by the Circuit Court of Marion County charging 26 year old Jason E. Stamper, of New London, with Tampering in the First Degree. The warrant stems from a November 15th report of a stolen vehicle from a service station in the 100 block of Shinn Lane.

The Hannibal Police Department has been receiving several reports over the last couple of weeks of items taken from vehicles, garages and some residences. Many of the reports have been items taken from unlocked vehicles or entering unlocked garages to steal items from vehicles parked in the garages.
