I used to watch American Idol all the time (not so much lately though). But I was all about it back in season six and I definitely remember Phil Stacey. He was amazing then and he's amazing now. And he's coming to Quincy for a free show!

Phil reached the top six back in 2007 before being eliminated (Jordin Sparks would end up winning it all). If you're unfamiliar with his current work, Phil is now a Christian recording artist with three full albums under his belt. After his American Idol days, Phil started on country radio before leaving his record label and pursuing a career in Christian music. He's very busy with touring, recording, and writing his own music.

He'll be performing at Quincy's Bethel Assembly of God Church on April 18 beginning at 7:00 and the show is free to the public.
