The 911 call made by L.A. City Councilman and reserve LAPD officer Dennis Zine about Justin Bieber and the paparazzi driving at dangerous speeds on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles has been made public. Zine was hopping mad at what he witnessed and went on record saying he’d have stripped the Biebs of any and all driving privileges because he was operating his tricked out, chromed Fisker Karma like a maniac.

In the tape, Zine, who is calm, reveals that there are “a number of cars chasing a silver car. It looks like an aluminum car. They’re driving like maniacs.” He details how they are cutting off other motorists and weaving in and out of traffic. He terms their driving style as “like maniacs.”

Last week, the Biebs was cited for speeding and placed a 911 call of his own, since the paps were dangerously chasing him on a major stretch of road. Zine spoke out about his distaste for the singer’s behavior on the streets, and at the time, surmised that he had reached a speed of 100 mph.

The 911 call is brief but it sparked a big media headline about Bieber and his battle with the paps. The singer also filed a harassment claim about the road raging shutterbugs, but cops say little is likely to come of it. Maybe it’s time for J.B. to invest in a green sedan — or get a driver and some tinted windows!
