32 Years of Safe Halloween Fun

A BIG pat on the back to the Hannibal Police Department. For the kids in Hannibal, Halloween is a very special night.

Yes, Halloween is special for kids every where, but in Hannibal, MO this is something very special. For the past 31 years, the D.A.R.E. program in Hannibal has been keeping children safe by having a BIG Halloween party. Year 32 is coming up on October 31st at the Admiral Coontz Recreation Center in Hannibal which means kids and their parents can have a place where it is safe to trick-or-treat.

This event is sponsored by the Hannibal Police Department and it is community funded. Which means not just the police department gets involved, but the whole Hannibal community chips in with, of course,candy, but also prizes,games and did I mention candy. A whole bunch of candy. Just so the kids can have a safe, fun Halloween.
