This is something very worthwhile for the kids at Adams Elementary School in Quincy.

Here is what they want to do for the kids. One thousand books is the goal for this. Books are needed up to age five to put reading materials in the hands of children right here in Quincy who may not have many books at home. They call this the RSG Kids, which means "Ready,Set Go". Sponsored by United Way and the Reginal Office of Education that wants adults to bolster language skills in local children. All this from reading and talking to the kids from their earliest days.If you have books you would like to donate, just drop them off at Adams School or the Adams County Health Department at Fourth and Vermont.

This is a great way to get more kids learning about the adventures of reading.
